Kāmahi is pale, lemon-yellow in colour. It is beautifully fragrant toffee flavours with vanilla highlights and rich, buttery finish. Revered by chefs for its unique flavour profile - pairs well with camembert and washed-rind cheeses. And provides an exquisite base for sweet sauces or to balance spicy dishes.

Kāmahi flowers in early summer in remote native forests of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Harvested by hand with minimal processing at temperatures below 48° C (118° F) to ensure its raw vitamins, minerals are kept intact.
